Our Paddle Canada certified instructors are experts when it comes to creating a fun and safe learning environment which encompasses paddling, ocean safety and yoga!. You must know how to swim in order to take a SUP Yoga class! All equipment provided.

Cost: $125 inclusive of GST and all equipment (board, wetsuit, life jacket & instruction) We welcome up to 6 guests per class. We require a minimum of 2 guests per reservation.

I have had the privilege of knowing Dede for over a decade, first crossing paths through our work in First Nations communities. At that time, I was working as a drug and alcohol counselor, and I witnessed firsthand the gracious and committed way in which Dede connected with her trauma-informed students. It was during this time that I first encountered chair yoga. Dede gracefully taught us how to move our bodies, regardless of our level of experience or mobility.
