Tofino Yoga offers mobile Bridal Yoga services which specializes in catering to your yoga needs on your very special day. We meet you, with all the necessary equipment, at your preferred location; at the beach (May to October), in the comfort of your vacation rental or in our studio.

I have had the privilege of knowing Dede for over a decade, first crossing paths through our work in First Nations communities. At that time, I was working as a drug and alcohol counselor, and I witnessed firsthand the gracious and committed way in which Dede connected with her trauma-informed students. It was during this time that I first encountered chair yoga. Dede gracefully taught us how to move our bodies, regardless of our level of experience or mobility. My daughter & I had the pleasure of attending the best yoga class at McKenzie Beach Sept 7 led by an incredibly knowledgeable instructor Dede.The instructor was so welcoming, honoured the land & people of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations including some history followed by an hour of yoga. The practice was just what our bodies needed. And nothing compares to that fresh ocean air, the bluest skies, the sounds of the ocean while practicing with nature all around us.
