Daily Schedule (Example)

  • Our 8-day immersive training blends focused daily learning with intentional rest. While timings may shift slightly, this structure is designed to support a balanced blend of study, connection, and reflection.

    • 8:00 – 9:00 Yoga Practice

    • 9:00 – 9:30 Breakfast

    • 9:30 – 13:00 Lecture

    • 13:00 – 14:00 Lunch

    • 14:00 – 16:45 Lecture

    • 16:45 – 17:00 Break

    • 17:00 – 17:30 Gentle Practice

    • 18:00 Group Activity

    Some evenings may include satsang or other group activities.

Lead Trainer, Tofino Yoga School
With over 20 years of teaching experience, Dede has guided more than 100 students through Yoga Teacher Trainings worldwide. Her teaching blends traditional wisdom, compassion, and nature-based practices.

Assistant Educator, Heart & Hatha
Nikki has practiced yoga since the age of 13 and completed her Yoga Teacher Training with Tofino Yoga in 2021. She specialises in Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy and has trained in Kerala, India.
